Sherree Hellinger's venture into entrepreneurship started in her mid teens where she started her first business, designing, making and selling jewelery in the UK where she was born. Years later, in Germany, she explored a different side of her artistic capabilities as a pastry chef, creating delights for discerning clients.
Still in Munich, those clients were able to see her in another role as she transitioned into Event Management, working on events for, as few as 12 to as many as 1000, local and international attendees.
After a brief spell back in the UK, Sherree and her husband moved to Silicon Valley where she established her successful business organizing people, events & spaces. Seven years later, with the desire to make a bigger difference in her clients lives, she joined forces with Tamah Vega to create Amaree Living LLC.
"Travel has always been something I've enjoyed, from staying on my own with a French family for a month at the age of 10, camping at an oasis in the Sahara to enjoying the splendors of the US National Parks, I love it all. Even with more than 20 countries and over 10 US States visited I've still plenty of opportunity to explore new places. I've learned a lot about different cultures and how and why their views may be different. It fascinates me how this helps in business and client relationships."
A natural artist and self-made business woman, throughout high-school Tamah designed logos and marketing materials for local businesses. Before she reached her twenties, Tamah was managing multiple commercial properties and a large team of staff. The little free time that was left, was devoted to her daughter and her newly discovered taste for entrepreneurship, designing and selling custom jewelry.
Fast forward nine years to see Tamah utilizing her natural abilities in her successful organizing and design business, where the focus was working with busy women and their families. Allowing more people to share in her passion, Tamah contributed to articles for Bay Area Spaces, the Wave Magazine & Family Circle. Her work has even been seen on TV’s across the country as she managed a team of organizers during a huge organizing project for a well-known television show.
After five years on her own, her desire to offer clients an even greater experience, with a broader array of services and team of experts, lead to partnering with Sherree Hellinger and Amaree Living LLC was born.
"I literally grew up in the moving business. Not only did I work with my father in his relocation business, I’ve moved over 25 times in my life, 10 of those as an adult. Moving so often has forced me to stay organized and live light. I can easily relate to the experiences my clients go through and help them using what I’ve learned.”
