At Amaree we truly believe in supporting the community and good causes. In addition to holding volunteer and board positions within the industry associations we belong to, below are some other examples of how we contribute our time and expertise:
• Corporate Green Events http://www.corporategreenevents.com/Exhibitors.html We offer our time to help inform and educate busy employees build a greener lifestyle through these corporate green fairs held on-site at company locations throughout the Bay Area. We also donate our services as an auction item.
• Get Organized Monthwww.napo.net We participate in the annual GO Project for Get Organized Month (in January) in which we choose a non-profit or someone in need to receive our services at no cost.
• Habitat for Humanityhttp://www.habitat.org We offer our time on local projects as well as donating our services as an auction item.
• Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments (SAVE)http://www.save-dv.org/ We offer our time in the administrative office and to keep the shelter organized. We have participated in coordinating event fundraisers as well. Our employees are familiar with this charities "wish list" and are trained to recommend this charity when items that match the wish list are being discarded by clients. We also donate our services as an auction item for SAVE's events.
