Eco-Savvy Practices
In order to practice sustainability we:
Promote repurposing and reusing material items.
Reduce our waste by recycling and composting.
Avoid using disposable items whenever possible.
Minimize our use of chemicals.
Limit how often we use printed marketing materials. When we must use print materials we use a local company, Greenerprinter, and utilize recycled paper and soy-based inks.
Dont print unless absolutely necessary. When we must we use draft modes, double-sided print settings, recycled paper and refillable ink cartridges.
Utilize technology with employees, clients and vendors in order to limit our use of paper, shipping and driving.
Opt to source local, eco-friendly businesses as vendors as well as referrals to our clients.
Use natural light and energy efficient equipment whenever possible. We are conscious to turn off equipment when not in use.
Encourage and coordinate carpooling + public transportation and allow employees to telecommute when possible. When driving is necessary, we plan trips to minimize driving.
Offer resources to educate and encourage our clients to be conscious and responsible with their acquisition and discarding choices.
Strive to continue our education of the ongoing challenges our planet endures and grow as environmental stewards.
